Account

Who can register?



Residents of all countries are allowed to register to Prize Live. You must be at least 18 years old, or at least 13 years old with parental consent. All account information must be correct when filling out your profile. Only one account per household is permitted.

How do I resend my confirmation e-mail?



To resend your confirmation e-mail you need to login with your Username and Password. You will then be redirected to the confirmation e-mail page. You can then click the Resend Confirmation button.



3.

Why can't I login?



We recommend using Internet Explorer or FireFox for the best viewing and to eliminate login issues that tend to usually happen with browsers such as AOL, Netscape, and others. Using AOL can sometimes cause your account to be marked as either On Hold or Cheater in the system because of a duplicate IP address issue. Also, if you use a proxy or if two members login from the same computer, you would be placed On Hold. If you are unable to login, please use the Contact form to send us an email.

How do I delete my account?



In order to delete your account, you must first be logged in and then send us a message through our messaging system by clicking here. Also, please give us a reason so we can better improve our site.





Balance (Points and Game Credits)

What are Points?



Points equal cash (1 point is equal to $1). Points can be earned from completing offers, commission from level 1 referrals, owning an offer in the reward section, and by winning in the games we offer. Points can be redeemed in the Rewards section for prizes and gifts. Points can also be converted into Game Credits in order to play Games and to participate in some Contests.



2.

What are GC (Game Credits)?



Game Credits are used to play in the games that we have available on the site. Game Credits can be earned from completing offers, logging in daily via the Toolbar, commission from level 2 referrals, voting in polls, reporting invalid offers, owning an offer in the reward section, and by selling letters in the Prize Grid game. Game Credits do not have any monetary value and cannot be converted into cash.



3.

What reward options are available?



We offer the most reward options possible including: PayPal, Amazon Gift Certificates, Gaming Systems, Gift Cards, DVDs, Games, etc. If you cannot find what you are looking for, we have a custom reward option allowing you to request anything that can be bought online.



4.

When will I receive my PayPal payment?



PayPal payments are processed manually within 48 hours if it is your first request and if you are from USA. If you not from USA or you have already received a PayPal payment, it will be processed instantly. You are allowed to request 1 PayPal payment per day, as long as you post your payment in our Payment Proof board on the forum at least once per month. If you do not want to post your payment proof, you will only be able to request 1 PayPal payment per month.

How can I change my PayPal email address?



In order to have your PayPal email address updated, you must first be logged in and then send us a message through our messaging system by clicking here. We will then update your PayPal email address and reply back within 24-48 hours.

What is the Jackpot?



The jackpot is an additional award given back to members. For every offer that is successfully completed and credited to your account, you receive 1 jackpot entry. The jackpot total raises on each completed offer by ALL members. You can view your entries, total entries, and the total jackpot amount by hovering over the jackpot tube. Random winners (generally 3-10 members) will be chosen on the first day of each month for the entries from the previous month and the balance will automatically be added to the account.



2.

What is the Toolbar?



The toolbar was created to easily give access to all areas of the site and to easily see your balance totals. The best feature of the toolbar is viewing the Newest Offers dropdown as you are immediately shown the latest offers that have been added. Once you do one of them, they will disappear from the list and will continue to only show offers you haven't done before on the site. You can download the toolbar here.

How do I enable my signature banner?



If you are wanting to have your stats enabled on your siganture banner, it must first be enabled by you. In order to do this, please click on Refer a Member from within the Members Home page, and then scroll down to the section under Signature Banners and click on the link titled "Click here to enable Signature Banners for your account".



4.

Who can I report a bug to?



If you find a bug or something that isn't working correctly on the site, please report it to us. It would be best to log into your account, click on Messages, click on Send Message, and then choose Technician. Please do not post bugs on our forums as it would be abusing the site. If the bug is legitimate, you will receive a bonus for letting us know.
